Another Tv provider issue and locks! But loving this game!

I really love this app but the problem is about the tv providers. Why do they not put Xfinity on their list? Plus the locks ate really bothering me. I am not sure but I remember when I got this app (which is not long ago) It was really easy for the tv provider. All you had to do was click either Xfinity and I think three other choices. You didnt need to put your username or password. It just did it perfectly. Then I stopped using it for about two days for a reason but then it changed for the TV provider. I was so mad because I was loving it. I could not watch some shows and I could not watch the TV on live! It was a disaster. I want it back the way it was! Please
